I've said it before, but just in case people didn't read that one.
Torm is sort of Tom and Tord's child. I say sort of because he wasn't meant to be a child, he was meant to be a genetic weapon. Something went wrong, though, and they ended up with a child instead, though the child did have Tom's monster dna and Tord's advanced intellect so they decided to keep him and the other one (Project Mandela/Medd)
They were raised as genetic experiments for the first few years of their lives before the crew finally treated them as their own children
And yes, Torm got his fashion sense mostly from Tom but the idea to dye his hair came from Tord who also dyed his hair
Age wise, Torm is like 13 - 15
Torm's name comes from Project Storm (since his monstrous dna developed almost immediately after he was created, and this led to him causing chaos, which gave him the nickname Storm Maker)

Well, it's logical, hair color in Torda, and styling (torchs) in Tom. Well, Tord used to have them black, I don’t remember if it’s canon. ////Ну логично, цвет волос в Торда, а укладка (торчуны) в Тома. Ну у Торда раньше они были же чёрные, не помню канон ли.
