I think people need to be very very independent, strong, self-determine, artistic, etc... to love like this. Romance and faith in love don't mean for weak people that can't stand to be alone for a while.
Xiao Han spent many years living on his own alone though many beautiful women in the village chasing him. He Ran is also a beautiful young rich lady but she's very cold to men she doesn't like, even with Han Yu a childhood friend. 2 main characters separated for some time but they still don't let anyone else step into their heart ❤

I could be wrong but I don't think there will be a season 2 the story was based on to their love. She dies remember he says to her I'll wait forever for you he also said she was his last woman and she would be his baby as long as she wanted. So when he meets anyone it will be her in the after life he was devastated when she died.
