Govt will get registration and stamp duty charges, sub registrar will get their part of charges. Finally lawyers will get their fees in future in case of litigations. So there is a chain of beneficiaries for ignorant buyer.

ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ?

Sir, I am staying near hesaraghatta road from 15 years, Since it is green belt, no conversion happens and 90% people build home in revenue sites, If I have to buy conversion it costs some thing like 60Lakhs to 1 crore with proper conversion. And me too planning to buy revenue because I can't afford 'A' khata plot, and Since I am staying here from 15 to 20 years not able to shift other areas. what is your suggestion Sir.
