This is a very easy and simple to make Egg Masala pav, its tasty and takes hardly any time to prepare. Egg lovers will definitely love this tasty egg recipe. Just add to it to your breakfast, snacks and kids' tiffin too. Do try this Butter Anda Masala Pav Recipe and you will enjoy it!
Ingredients:
3 to 5 Eggs Boiled - Make into 2 pieces
3 to 5 Ladi Pavs
1 Tbsp Oil for frying the masala
2 Medium Size Onions- Finely Chopped
2 Medium Size Tomatoes- Finely Chopped
1 to 2 Green chillies - Finely Chopped
Few Fresh Coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp Turmeric/Haldi powder
1 Tsp Chillie Powder
1/2 Tsp Jeera/Cumin Pd
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 Tsp Amchur/Dry Mango Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt - Adjust according to taste
1 to 2 Tbsp Butter for frying the pavs and eggs
1 Tsp Oil for frying the eggs
