Problem with these situations is there is never a chance to proven guilty, even if the girl him and his ex at the time harassed tried to do anything nothing would come of it. That's not how it should work buddy. No one should have to prove their innocence. The burden of proof lies upon the accuser to prove the guilt of the other person, otherwise we end up with exactly this scenario. It's quite impossible for him to prove his innocence against proofless accusations. Even if this is not directly targeted at you; but people should in general try to remember that the principle of considering one's innocence until proven guilty is fundamentally to protect people against wrongs - not the other way around.

here's the issue: people get thrown under the bus just for allegations. whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Problem with these situations is there is never a chance to proven guilty, even if the girl him and his ex at the time harassed tried to do anything nothing would come of it. The girl even worked at Origin at the time and Swifty was a partner and she emailed her HR and Boss of what happened and they basically brushed it off saying you can just take the day off if he ever comes up here and we will pay you. And with the ex saying yes it did happen and that wasnt the only time its hard to say swifty isnt guilty when his only response is a lawyer written one

That's not how it should work buddy. No one should have to prove their innocence. The burden of proof lies upon the accuser to prove the guilt of the other person, otherwise we end up with exactly this scenario. It's quite impossible for him to prove his innocence against proofless accusations. Even if this is not directly targeted at you; but people should in general try to remember that the principle of considering one's innocence until proven guilty is fundamentally to protect people against wrongs - not the other way around.

But after watching destinys video and then the email from 2015 I think swifty is a quite a bit in the wrong here. Taka should not have been drinking. Swifty is the most kindest man on twitch and really is one of the most influential people on Wow's history.
