One really afk account is a ToB alt. I usually run 2-3 at once while doing zulrah or vorkath on the main. Also really low requirements to. Great money for how afk it is

I made a garg alt, took me like 2 bonds of VERY casual slayer. It was TOTALLY worth it. a few months later, it has 99 melees, killed 85.000 gargoyles, made me about 300m gp, and I use it for dolo bandos now. Totally worth it!

The beauty of the rune dragon alt is that it can also act as an alt for when doing Bandos and such, due to it's high stats. Basically a tank for when you feel like an easy Bandos trip.
If you start mining amethyst at 92 with 0 minerals and get the minerals on drop rate (1/20), you'll get the superior mining gloves at 93 mining (275k until 94).
In hindsight, let's say you make a cooking alt and you are making 250k/hr. Current price for a bond is roughly 5m atm. You would need to cook a minimum of 20 hours to break even with that bond. 40 hours a month to break even with your month membership. The cost of a bond for me (canadian, eh) is 8$ where as a cost for a full time membership is 13$. In my opinion by the amount of hours that i would have spent making the alt and leveling to eventually using it, I think i'm better off spending the 8$ that would in real life take me 15 mins to make with my current job than to spend 20 hours on the side to achieve. Also obviously if I am doing the rune dragon method im breaking even a lot quicker.
@@Dx_Ach I think regardless if you have a job you can probably afford a bond if not full membership. If you can't then yeah if you want membership it's work it to grind out for bonds.
Alts are meant to use on the side while you play on your main. Not to log into another account and focus on that account to make money otherwise you stick to your main. If you have money to spend on the membership then more power to you but to some people they don’t want to have to pay for this game so making money while playing to pay for their membership is something a lot of people are willing to go through.
Great video. I think I'm gonna make a BBD alt, and when I'm doing something really AFK on my main I'll train it into a Rune Dragon alt, that way I can have it killing one of those two at any time, depending on how much I can pay attention to my alt

You can afk train cooking while doing Vorkath, for example. Moreover, this doesn't have to be your alt's only use: if you have a PKing alt you can just use it for afk gp while you're on your main. Granted, many combat moneymakers are out of question on a pure, but skilling definitely isn't
in the real world you cant just go to the woods and kill everything you see and take their drops you dipshit real world is a little bit more complicated

Ahh you forgot doing prayers in your calculations of void vs dhide/arma. Void becomes significantly better with the prayer because you get higher max hits due to the damage % scaling (have over 50k bbd kills on alt). But other then that great vid!

I'd probably say build your main account to do black/rune dragons. Then use that main as your "combat alt" account while you build your skilling alt. Then when you get your skiller leveled, you already made fuck off mills and can focus your main account to do main account things. Just kinda what I gathered from this
My main is gunna be a gargoyle alt, then a bbd alt, then a rune dragon alt as i get enough money for extra gear to move up as i play my ironman ! Currently 69 slayer and 6 quests left... including ds2 (rage quit vorkath fight and quit for a few months)..
well alt account for me best is cooking to be honest, just how afk it is in hosidius house, on my main i usually do vorkath, so it would be a bit hard to do something more click intensive.

I do think the only one that is somewhat viable is the rune dragon alt. All the other alts seem to make only like 500 per hour and its not worth in my opinion since you need to pay the bonds.

Mlm is worse than agility btw. Agility you at least know how long you have until you have to click again. It’s an activity you have to click 8 times a minute to get 14k exp. What makes it worse than agility is the benefit is mining

everyone loves rune dragon alts, but if you think about the number of hours required to get the stats/quests for DS2 you're looking at months of gameplay required to get there. Say it takes you 3 months to get that account ready for rune dragons, that's over 50m down the drain in bonds and supply cost. Not to mention hundreds of hours of gameplay. You're probably looking at 6 months before you break even.
Do it in stages. Start off f2p in the background. Woodcutting, fishing, cooking, mining, and combat can be started in f2p. Do that for as long as you want until you feel it would be worth to bond or pay for the first month. If it ends up not feeling worth, then stop playing it. I pretty much built a mid lvl alt at 73 slayer with b gloves whilst afk skilling on my main or safe spotting slayer tasks. At a certain point your main becomes an afk grind. Start an alt when you get to that point maybe?
Can I ask how you get the different windows to snap perfectly together like that? (I'm pertaining to the beginning of the video). I run windows 10, but when I put runelite clients on my second monitor or even my laptops monitor, the windows snap feature doesnt work for runelite windows; forcing me to do it manually, but it's never as smooth looking.
At the beginning of the video is was actually 4 separate scaled down videos I just put side by side. The snap feature on RuneLite doesn’t work, or is just not integrated into the application unfortunately. I also have to do it manually when I have more than one client open.
These "alt" accounts can all be considered main accounts to the average player well it was nice to see just how much time you've put into the game if nothing else.. Liked

All depends on what you're into. I've got some friends that have 99 mining amethyst alts. Super afk and can sustain bonds.

you forgot the chambers of xeric alt and the zulrah alt.
the cooking guide is decent, but never cook on a log fire,always cook on an oven or range, you get lower burn chance and more profit and exp.

Im working on my main which is going to be a range tank ideally 😬 so far have 71 range 44 att 42 str 41 def 43 pray 30 magic 53 hp total cb is 64. Only been playing again for about a month after originally playing like 10 years ago when i was 12. Cant wait till this account gets 99 range 💯🔥 anyone have tips for me?
everyone loves rune dragon alts, but if you think about the number of hours required to get the stats/quests for DS2 you're looking at months of gameplay required to get there. Say it takes you 3 months to get that account ready for rune dragons, that's over 50m down the drain in bonds and supply cost. Not to mention hundreds of hours of gameplay. You're probably looking at 6 months before you break even.
Account like that is good to level up, while completing diaries on main for example.
Do it in stages. Start off f2p in the background. Woodcutting, fishing, cooking, mining, and combat can be started in f2p. Do that for as long as you want until you feel it would be worth to bond or pay for the first month. If it ends up not feeling worth, then stop playing it. I pretty much built a mid lvl alt at 73 slayer with b gloves whilst afk skilling on my main or safe spotting slayer tasks. At a certain point your main becomes an afk grind. Start an alt when you get to that point maybe?

Can I ask how you get the different windows to snap perfectly together like that? (I'm pertaining to the beginning of the video). I run windows 10, but when I put runelite clients on my second monitor or even my laptops monitor, the windows snap feature doesnt work for runelite windows; forcing me to do it manually, but it's never as smooth looking.
At the beginning of the video is was actually 4 separate scaled down videos I just put side by side. The snap feature on RuneLite doesn’t work, or is just not integrated into the application unfortunately. I also have to do it manually when I have more than one client open.

It's wiser to kill kurask only, till you reach 75-77 to sustain your membership.
Why a cooking alt? Like what possibly reason would you need a separate account for that? Just cook on your main.

It's not too uncommon to see them early. The drop rate is only 1/170.
These "alt" accounts can all be considered main accounts to the average player well it was nice to see just how much time you've put into the game if nothing else.. Liked
