I’ve never had a “real” Shepherd’s Pie made with lamb. I bet it’s delicious. And you’re right about the potatoes. Nothing beats fresh from scratch, but these are the next best thing❤️

"Cottage" pie is anything ground meat, poultry.. "shepherds" pie cook same but gravy very rich, some add corn in season, it's all from shepherds harvest of lamb and produce, it's silly but facts, in America we call everything shepherds pie, as long as tastes good can call it anything want while I eat😂🤣
