Yeah, so he can't compare to most of the pros nowadays hammer/skill-wise or whatever. Most of the pros nowadays are like 5-10 years younger than he is. Keep in mind the fact that he can still do what he does after all the years he's been skating. The man has been skating for like 15 some odd years, maybe more. You skate like he does for 15 yrs straight, and we'll see what you can throw down.
i understand why you think julio isn't as good as other pros but actually watch most tricks and see how controlled he is on his skates. he's creative in a not so obvious way aswell 1 trick that stand out in my mind is half cab soul 360 wall tap out on the small bench at 0.52 seems easy but he just pulls it off with waaaay to much style for anyone to realise haha, i dont know. i'm rambling now julio's amazing!
