Awesome video man. Thanks for making the time to share it. About to upgrade to the 2106b's on our boat. One thing I noticed is that the weight retriever hook that you clipped the end of the snubber line is in front of the orca mount. The 2106b's that I've been seeing in stores has the weight retriever hook behind the orca mount. Does scotty allow you to move that weight retriever hook to in front of the orca mount? Want to keep a tight line on the sure stop when I'm done fishing and keep it tidy. Thanks in advance brother!
awesome video once again! Always top notch advice on the best gear
Glad you enjoyed it.
Great video, love the Orca Offshore kit, didn't love the thought of my rod out so far from the gunnel.
Glad you like it. It a lot nice being closer in to the boat to grab.
i like your videos! always straight to the point.
I’m glad you like them. More to come, that’s for sure
Great insightful video. Thanks!

It’s not able to move as there is a slot in the bottom of the boom for it.
I would have to look and see if there’s been a change in the booms
If you attach the line retriever to the swivel base, can you still remove Downrigger from tilt bracket?
You would have to pull the retriever line out of the stop or disconnect. I leave mine attached to the swivel
Where to put the fishhawk?
I don’t run a fish hawk
I hear the counter fails on these. How are yours holding up?
I haven’t had an issue with mine but I do carry a spare in the boat just in case
Hard to see what you're doing. Camera should ve closer.
Next time I do something like this I’ll get a close up of the knots and fine tuning. Thanks for pointing it out
