My first period was soooo easy. It was one spot of blood in the morning and a little bit of blood on the toilet paper the next day. I only had moderate cramps at night. My next period was around two months after, and it was heavy af.

Hey GIrls, Who ever is reading this.....THinx makes your blood not smell so bad. Pads have chemicals making the blood smell like fish. When I wear thinx, I smell fine. :) ALso you might want to trim your pubic hair.

Hi Marissa!! I have a little hack, it does require buying an item but I can't tell you how much it helps out when I'm on my period/hormonal things. There is a monthly blend for women from dōTERRA (essential oils) and I love it! It's called clarycalm (I think😂) and I'm not sure exactly what's in it or where to get it but highly recommend for anyone who has a period!
