The recruitment of ADJ by respective State Govts should be replaced by Indian Judicial Service conducted by UPSC.
    1. Indian Judicial Service to be introduced.
    2. UPSC to conduct the selection provess.
    3. Senior DJs of IJS cadre to go through their performance evaluation process conducted again by UPSC.
    4. The DJs whose performance reports are satisfactory and whose RAW and IB report are not objectionable to be appointed the Judges of High Courts.
    5. The performance of senior High Court Judges to be evaluated SCI.
    6. Panel of judges to be forwarded to GOI for onward action

Bring in NJAC with modification by mutual consultation. Otherwise, let the collegium collect intelligence inputs and recommend the appointment to the president direct . The president or the🎉 peon are elected or selected in an open system but the collegium is non-transparent and nothing is open to public information much less public scrutiny. This is exclusive privilege of the collegium in the name of independence which deprives the independence of the parliament and the executive. I am yet to find a support for the collegium in the constitution. Collegium thus violates the constituion

According to the above debate if the Collegium select the judges they are eminent jurists but the NJAC involved in the appointments it is not applicable to our country because 🤭🤫🤐🤪😜😝😛

The CLAT exam for LLM is a very reputed exam.
It is conducted all over the country and there are very few complaints against it.
All candidates appearing in CLAT exam for LLM study a common syllabus, irrespective of which Law College they will join later on.
The syllabus is common for all law universities in the country irrespective of state and language. Besides, the law syllabus is decided by the Bar Council of India for all Law Colleges.
The score of CLAT exam for LLM also is used for appointment of Lawyers by various PSUs.
    1. Why then do all states need to conduct separate examinations to recruit Civil Judges? Why can't CLAT exam for LLM be the one and only exam to recruit Civil Judges all over India?
    2. This will save a lot of time and money and effort of the Honourable High Courts of the country as also of the poor candidates.
3.Inspite of earlier Supreme Court judgements that interview should not be done since bias is likely to be there, the Chhatisgarh Public Service Commission has advertised posts for Civil Judges and getting qualifying marks in the interview is mandatory.
Besides, the written Mains exam shall have subjective questions. My words may be noted , outstanding candidates will be failed in the Interview and given much lower marks in the subjective questions compared to the ' connected ' candidates '.

Implement the Constitution in the appointment of judges. Why no reservation for SC ,OBC in judiciary?
End Collegium, create Indian Judicial Service.
In Judicial appointments, only objective type questions should be there and no interview should be there.
To become a clerk, one has to appear in a written test, to become a Supreme Court Judge? No!

They behaved like goons sometimes a fundraiser....whenever we are not naturally selected to put Rice into our mouth....we spread more and more Education .....do the natural law supports that like being personified.
Based on the business vague we have to buy vague things...had ti suffer from poor obliterated business....as our unintended step has been adding few useless steps....the persons trying to rectify the system .....inspite of the candidate himself.

Nobody in our SC or HC appointed as a judge without going through a rigorous selection procedure. They have studied properly and pass the mandated exams that is why they are judges now. They are not selected by a mere consider of foreign return guy. Your points are baseless and miss leading
