It's funny how some people are sticking up for her. Saying she's harmless, loves horses, lonely, etc. How would like you like to deal with her crazy behavior all day long? You would be calling the police. She is not harmless. Her interference with guards and horses is causing a problem.

I felt like she was lonely and had lost self esteem, just trying to make herself feel better but finding out she posted on Facebook and wouldn't leave the horses or guards alone as well as the disrespect she showed them changed my mind! The horses and guards are soldiers and due respect!! She needs to find someone else to torment, these officers deserve respect! They worked hard for it and they tried kindness, it didn't work

I’ve heard her say in one of these that it’s not against the law to stroke a horse on a public footpath… thing is, you wouldn’t go and stoke someone’s dog on the street if the owner didn’t want you too. She’s been told the guards don’t want her near their horses, that should be enough, comes down to a lack of respect.
These aren't just horses. They're working as are the guards. She's mad

She also pulled at the reins and bit of a couple of horses and that is a big no no. The guard shouted at her, and she laughed in one. She did take over. Even picking up people children to take to the horses. She must he in 100s of photos.
I have seen the guards yell at people for less. How does she get away with it?
If I'm riding and someone grabbed my horse's reins, I'd hurt them. No one messes with my horses.
Fortunately most people are very polite and ask before they touch her. She knows she's pretty and poses for them. She has an enormous ego as a result. A lot of people are scared of large animals and coming within 3 feet of one is a challenging experience.

Stays in London for a few days & returns home to her family & friends. It has been said she is a known trouble maker in Scarborough.

You can tell the horses don’t even like her.
They do not..and they are the most important thing here..they cannot talk but are made to feel steessed and restless by her just staring at them and touching them

Here she is again and I am surprised at the police allowing her to constantly distract them from their important job of security. She really does seem as though she needs some sort of help with whatever problem it is and I hope she gets it.

Unfortunately I believe there should be a curved railing in front of the horses at this point for their safety or at least another sign indicating the horses should not be touched in any way. Who knows what a person has in or on their hands these days especially around their mouths. The guards and officers show amazing restraint

Taking up way too much time and attention away from police & guards on duty, if the focus is always on her, other nefarious activities may be overlooked... and perhaps that's the point of her being there. I think there is an ulterior motive involved.

Her obssession with the horses and guards is wierd. Shes either just standing staring and fixated at the guard or cant leave the horses alone. Transpose the location and profession to civilians in suburbia and this would be called stalking. From the Oxford dictionary - a person who harrasses or persecutes someone with unwanted and OBSSESSIVE attention. Stalkers dont recognise that their behaviour is unwanted. In her head she'd be including herself as one of the tourists doing the same thing. So she would think that the conversations with police and military are unwarranted cos shes just doing the same as everyone else. No emotional intelligence.

Dear King's Guards: Please put up a sign that says don't touch the horses! This is so unfair to them! Hey, if one or two people in an hour wanted to pet the horse, okay, but this is 10, 15 people every minute! That's torture! How would you feel if you were standing there and all those people were patting your cheek every three or four seconds?
She was taking pictures of others petting the horse. Difference is, they don’t stay for hours and pester people!
Restraining order would be best. This way she will find herself in jail or better yet mental help. She is a stalker.

Maybe stop the tourist going inside the gates altogether and mark a white line in front of the horse guard so people won’t touch or stand right next to them. It’s weird they are allowed image taking pictures with every soldier or policeman/woman?
You can't stop people going inside the gates: it's a public thoroughfare. A white line (I suggest a semicircle in front of the box) might work.

In Germany where I live now, they have a perfect law for idiots like this. If someone is drunk or being a nuisance, like this woman obviously is, Police can give a "Platzverweis", which basically means you are told to go away from the area and can not come back for a certain period, decided by the officer on the spot which can be for a few hours or up to a weekend. If you do come back you will be arrested. If the person continues to come back and cause a nuisance she will then be taken to court and they can be banned from the area up to 14 days. Eventually if this Behavior continues she can be arrested and jailed. I bet the poor guards and police on duty, would wish for a law like that to deal with this extremely stupid, irritating woman. Perhaps someone should also bring a law for stupid cackling laughs, that womans laugh is enough to give you nightmares!!
