A separate room should be dedicated as a space for work, study and play. Thus you can separate work and rest, and all those [pesky] LED's on all those devices will not disturb your time of rest. Even though having a private bath for each bedroom might be convenient, it fails to teach social respect, consideration for others, scheduling discipline and conflict de-escalation that is a natural with a common or shared bathroom. Plus, again, it multiplies the spaces that need to be cleaned and maintained, higher costs up front as well as over the lifetime of the structure. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons). Missions aren't required, but Lincoln chose to serve for 2 years and we're so happy for him! Dan also served his mission at his age to the Philippines and loved it!
