What a beautiful journey and experience, well done. I'm finally getting comfortable with flying my drone, might bring it out to the river soon. I'm scared though, considering it's super, light, it doesn't take much wind to send it. On the other hand, that would be cool footage and it's only a 50 dollar drone.
I've lost a $600 one just trying to get the shot. I know what you mean. $50 is still a lot to to explain to the wife why you need a new one. Lol! It does give nice perspective for videos though.
@@CityRockhounding actually I just remembered I crashed my $1200 drone (my first drone, mavic 2 pro) the day I got it, it hit a tree, flipped over and fell almost into a creek. (From the point of view I had and the display on the screen it looked like it did) luckily it barely missed it. That was my practicing 😀 that was back when I had money to spend on a drone, im much more cautious now 😀

Amazing footage! I need to get my drone out again, was not thrilled with the performance.

Control is the tough one. Instead of using the control sticks at thr top of them try putting your thumbs at the base of the sticks to move it slowly.
