i don’t think there is suppose to be a specific type of crowd to be targeted. most ppl who’re watching are either going to be a enjoyer or not 😭 thats why it’s called “kpop in public” because in a sense, it’s also targeted to ppl who aren’t into kpop. u can be randomly dancing to kpop in a country music concert and ppl would still watch
