I just wanted to say that I've been going through things like insecurities and doubting myself because I felt like I wasn't good enough. I had watched this video before but I didn't really pay attention. This time I watched it and I cried. I cried because you were crying and I cried because I knew that all that I thought about myself was wrong in so many ways. Now I know that I shouldn't feel insecure and I shouldn't doubt myself in doing something I want to do. Because of this video I have become a better person and this is exactly why I love Cameron and what he does. So Cameron I just want to say thank you for making me realize my self worth. Only if you feel all your feelings fully, even the bad ones. What do you have to do boys and girls? Feel all your Feelings (wait for response) FULLY!! Yeah, event the bad ones, and you have a strong desire to face your inner most fears or you’ll be able to let go of all your bad feelings so that they don’t control you anymore and then you will be able to choose life, truth and love. So what we need to work out is what are we afraid off. So what are you afraid off? And with all those fears, sometimes they make us feel like we are not good enough or that we are worthy on the inside. Well, the only way to get rid of all these feelings like, you’re not good enough is to feel it fully. When you do that, those feelings will leave you forever and never come back. That’s pretty cool isn’t it? That’s pretty cool Actually, would you like to get rid of all your bad feelings right now? You would? What about you, have you ever felt like your no good, that you’re not worthy on the inside, that you were never good enough to do something? Has anyone ever made you feel that way? And you would you ever like to feel that way ever again? No alright. Well everyone here close your eyes that’s it close your eyes, grown ups too. We’re now going to feel all our feelings, even the bad one’s so that they leave us forever so that they don’t control us anymore. So feel now how these feelings make you feel. See how you feel when you feel like you’re not good enough, or you’re not worthy enough on the inside. Think of all the times when someone at school or at home or your parents make you feel when they make you feel like you’re not good enough, like your not worthy on the inside. Don’t blame the person for making you feel that way, own the feeling, take responsibility for it’s inside you. They were giving you a gift so that you can face the truth about how you feel deep down. So feel now, how these feelings make you feel, how does it feel when someone puts you down or makes you feel like your worthless, like your not good enough on the inside. Does it make you feel angry? Yeah? Well the best way to let go of all these bad feelings is to make the sounds of how they make you feel. So what you should do is make the sounds of anger GO!! Once you let it out it will never come back. Now make the sounds of despair and sadness, everyone make the sound of sadness GO!! Good stuff. When you take the time to do this, when you take the time to do this to feel all your feelings, instead of hiding from them, instead of pretending that they don’t exist instead of repressing the inside, who here remembers the Simpsons where Homer tried to not feel anger, what happened? His neck popped and weird stuff and instead of yelling at people and being mean to them all the time, you can express all your feeling, experience them FFUULLYY!! And when you do that you can come back to the truth, the feelings are no longer inside our soul, where do you think they go? Away and never come back. If you remember this, you'll have an awesome life. I do this and it does help! Hope this helps some of you :)

Allowing ourselves to cry our sadness and to scream out our anger out and to feel all our feelings fully will only help us to feel better about ourselves as this will release all the sadness and anger. Honestly, this video is just so helpful. I don't have to be who I'm not. I don't have to do bad things to be cool. because that's not going to matter one day. I can be who I am and pull through what's going on. I finally feel like I'm supposed to. I just wanted to say that I've been going through things like insecurities and doubting myself because I felt like I wasn't good enough. I had watched this video before but I didn't really pay attention. This time I watched it and I cried. I cried because you were crying and I cried because I knew that all that I thought about myself was wrong in so many ways. Now I know that I shouldn't feel insecure and I shouldn't doubt myself in doing something I want to do. Because of this video I have become a better person and this is exactly why I love Cameron and what he does. So Cameron I just want to say thank you for making me realize my self worth. Depression/depressed isn't a feeling. it's a mental illness, something you are diagnosed with, You can't FEEL depressed. There's a huge difference between being sad and being depressed.
But even though this video is quite old news now, I still think it's really brave of you to have made this video. I think everyone always just saw you as this like normal guy, but not a guy with these kind of feelings. It was really nice to see a new side of you.

If there is one thing that I have learnt about making choices, I know that you must first choose to feel all your feelings, to express all your emotions. Only if you feel all your feelings fully, even the bad ones. What do you have to do boys and girls? Feel all your Feelings (wait for response) FULLY!! Yeah, event the bad ones, and you have a strong desire to face your inner most fears or you’ll be able to let go of all your bad feelings so that they don’t control you anymore and then you will be able to choose life, truth and love.
So what we need to work out is what are we afraid off. So what are you afraid off? And with all those fears, sometimes they make us feel like we are not good enough or that we are worthy on the inside. Well, the only way to get rid of all these feelings like, you’re not good enough is to feel it fully. When you do that, those feelings will leave you forever and never come back. That’s pretty cool isn’t it? That’s pretty cool
Actually, would you like to get rid of all your bad feelings right now? You would?
What about you, have you ever felt like your no good, that you’re not worthy on the inside, that you were never good enough to do something? Has anyone ever made you feel that way? And you would you ever like to feel that way ever again? No alright. Well everyone here close your eyes that’s it close your eyes, grown ups too. We’re now going to feel all our feelings, even the bad one’s so that they leave us forever so that they don’t control us anymore.
So feel now how these feelings make you feel. See how you feel when you feel like you’re not good enough, or you’re not worthy enough on the inside. Think of all the times when someone at school or at home or your parents make you feel when they make you feel like you’re not good enough, like your not worthy on the inside. Don’t blame the person for making you feel that way, own the feeling, take responsibility for it’s inside you. They were giving you a gift so that you can face the truth about how you feel deep down. So feel now, how these feelings make you feel, how does it feel when someone puts you down or makes you feel like your worthless, like your not good enough on the inside. Does it make you feel angry? Yeah?
Well the best way to let go of all these bad feelings is to make the sounds of how they make you feel. So what you should do is make the sounds of anger GO!! Once you let it out it will never come back. Now make the sounds of despair and sadness, everyone make the sound of sadness GO!! Good stuff. When you take the time to do this, when you take the time to do this to feel all your feelings, instead of hiding from them, instead of pretending that they don’t exist instead of repressing the inside, who here remembers the Simpsons where Homer tried to not feel anger, what happened? His neck popped and weird stuff and instead of yelling at people and being mean to them all the time, you can express all your feeling, experience them FFUULLYY!! And when you do that you can come back to the truth, the feelings are no longer inside our soul, where do you think they go? Away and never come back.
If you remember this, you'll have an awesome life.

Its been 4 years since you’ve posted this.... somehow it popped up on my TH-cam feed. Thank you Cam. I really needed this. Lately, I’ve been feeling so mad at myself... Im 22 turning 23 in March and I cant help but constantly looking to my hands. Constantly telling myself that these hands have hardly grasped anything. Tomorrow some way some how Im going to make myself a bracelet like yours, so that every time I look to my hands theres a reminder that God has his plan. Thank you so much Cam...
