If you are going to take 5 years to do this, MMR does not deserve to be called a global city. Hyderbad and Bengaluru will be ahead of MMR by then. Need to execute things fast. Same with slum redevelopment and opening up space in the main city. Government is losing significant revenues by not executing projects faster. Things have to be done at China speed.
