  • Very powerful sweep tool that allows you to morph the profile to your desired size at different locations.

Very good example demo. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

Can we use circular profile anyhow?!

All you need to do is draw the sketch with the circle parameters you want.

Hi I have a surfacing question,
Is there an optimal approach to creating engine ports in the cylinder head? They can become quite complex a the point of two ports merging into one.
Also if your may have experience in port modelling, can you recommend any good macro tools to take advantage of?
    Cheers

It's there a way to make an adaptive sketch ?
For example it would be more interesting if I could move the center guide as I want ....
In Inventor it's possible, but in Catia ... ?

Yes. All sketches and Curves can be both adaptive and parametric. Your choice.
      All 'constrained' sketches are adaptive.
To create an 'adaptive' center curve:
      1. Create 2 sketches on 2 planes (e.g XY and XZ)
      2. Use the 'combine' function .......done
To edit, simple drag the control points on either of both sketches, as necessary. Click update

    Hi. I have a question
In CATIA SUFACE there are junction command, mating flang command, diabolo command and bead command. NOw what about SOLIDWORKS SURFACE . I can not find them ←_←

      It won't have them.
Solidworks is the little brother to CATIA and it lacks a lot of tools. Great CAD software but not as powerful.

Can we use multiple sketches instead of single sktech
