They came out beautifully. A little tip, you can flash cure us resin for 30 or so seconds. That way you can get the shape and result you’re looking for.

Hi. I love your channel. I just started with resin, so I’m learning and you are such an inspiration. I love your creativity. Maybe you can help and give me some tips? I can’t get the top clear, there is always a streak or more and opacity. I tried everything, mixing fast/ low, pouring right away and waiting various amounts of time, changing the temperature in the room warmer/cooler, using a dehumidifier. Nothing changed, the top is always messed up. Now I’m waiting for a new brand of resin to arrive, it’s my last resort, then I don’t’ know what to do. Has ever happened to you?
Hi. Thank you 🎀 😊 I'm glad of any help.
If you are having streaks, it means you didn't mix your part A and Part B enough. You should mix it for at least 3-5 minutes slowly, making sure you are scraping the sides and bottom of your cup. If the mixture is already clear and no cloudy streaks, you're ready to pour.
Now, if you mix it right, and you still get that streak or cloudy top, it's called Amine blush and usually cause by cold weather. But you can easily fix it by running a torch quickly on that part. Please do it quick, and don't focus on one part as it will burn the resin and will leave a burnt mark on it.
If you still getting that streaks and cloudy part after all of these tips, I suggest that you change your resin. I wish you success. Happy crafting 😊
