I like her approach, never heard of such a creative way to A) combine the wants of farmers (more money with very little additional work) with a business modell that B) is perfectly positioned to profit from regulatory changes THAT ALREADY ARE THERE ANYWAY(!) in a way that C) exposes conventional farmers to all the other regenerative practises there are. Episodes like these are why I love the internet!
I wish you would have something made of cloth to muffle the sound, like they have in recording studios. It's hard to understand the words because of the echo.
