    again an informational & intresting video 2 nd , what happened to the piston with too much impenging does it get refurbished or a new one?

      The piston was damaged by spring parts that broken and one nut which was placed by old crew.

    Привет, нужна помощь, точно такой же компрессор, упало давление на нагнетании до 11 бар, всасывание поднялось до 7 бар, что это может быть? Зашли в холодные воды, может ли быть причина холодная вода охлаждения?
    Но ещё появился уже как непонятный звук в районе второй ступени... Спасибо

      привет, возможно, у вас проблема с клапанами на втором ступени.
      какова температура воды? Попробуйте протестировать работу только с первым ступени!

    Hi, what gas is used in the unit? What exactly is the unit used for, air conditioning on the ship? Good video by the way. I work mostly on chillers and industrial/pharmaceutical plant but always good to see what other people work on.

      plate in the open position; the refrigerant gas
      thus aspired into the cylinder is not com-

      hello the suction valves will be kept open with help of solenoid valves from where pressure travel and change the position of rocker arm which you can see in video that moves right and left when solenoid enegizes there is a movement to left and suction valves keep open this also help to unload the system when it is nessesary all this solenoids controlled by electrical system .Such system as you can see on video we had in all stages.

    Did not show about how to remove the stage solenoid valves ,rack with springs/unloading equipment...so my question is,we need to remove the piston out?for working on the loading equipment?please advice...my 3rd stage is not working...so want to check....with what ur showing to push the springs?

      Yes you need to remove the pistons so you will have a better view of what is going inside.
      After removing the pistons you will have more space to work and examine.It is essential to do such job because you can see all the parts the rod the piston rings and any cracks.
      Also you will see more details and the condition of crankshaft.

      @@vivekkumar-vi1sw hello dear friend as I seen and if remember correct the stages activated after the solenoid is active.There some small piping where you can blow air to see if your spring and mechanism are working and change position. Most common this springs are broken.After overhauled probably you will find some pieces on oil sump or on top of pistons.
      Also if you see any marks on top of pistons means that something broken.
      Very important is to place properly the springs.
      Please refer with our founding!
      Check also if you Solenoid coil are working.

    We have a problem in our refrigeration plant.its sabroe cmo18.
    Showing high suction pressure.only one unit is working.?whats the problem in this plant?
    What should i do to rectify this problem.?
    It has oil pressure capacity controller.
    How to check and repair that ?

    How to check function of capacity controller?

      Hello for electrician part you can measure in there is any voltage when activated by meter and the mechanical part can be tested by air blowing through the piping.Also when the system are working you can test all the stages and have a record.Before any overhaul record the parameters so you can compare later on.

      If you are mean the capacity controller of stage let’s say 2 or 3 check if there is any voltage coming there!By set that stage in from panel and measure the value if there is correct output like manual says it is ok.

    Hi sir, i want ask , we used AC Sabroe same type with in your video, after overhaul we already added Freon 5 bottle (1 bottle 10kg) but still not cool, what about problem ?

      How many evaporators do you have? Freon shoud be without bubles in sight glas after condenser. Boiling temperature 5-8 degres C. Check that all stages are working, use air recirculation if available. Normaly 2 stages are sufficient for cooling. Dont forget about condenser pressure normal 15-20 bar

    I work with these smc 106s..our problem the suction pressure running 4 brs to 8 bars then back to 4bars then going to again 9 bars back and forth did not steady in the pointer...the discharge pressure 19bars and 20bars...what is the problem with the compressor sir..plz help me

      Hello dear friend check that the solenoid for loading and unloading stages are working properly and not have any malfunction.

      I already check na solenoid and replaced with new one but the problem still there the suction pressure always flactuate back and forth from 4bars to 9bars and somethimes going higher and higher...the casing of compressor going hotter and hotter till going to smoke..

      The freon level is correct in the system or it is over capacity?Normally pressure aŕe almost steady. Check also cooling of condenser if it os correct.Please inform if you find any other problem.If you have remove amy insulation put it back.And describe how this happen aftwr overhauling?

      Sometimes the compressor worked properly and I got 4bars suction pressure and 17bars discharge pressure and reaching the cut off mode and stop the comp...but when cut in is activated and automatic start the compressor then that's the time the problem of suction pressure back to fluctuating again and again from 4bars to 8bars sometimes more and more until the compressor going hotter and hotter...i dont know really the problem sir...

      Maybe the problem is from Superheat hunting is a cyclical fluctuation in suction superheat due to varying refrigerant flow rate in the system. Superheat hunting is the result of the expansion valve excessively opening and closing in an attempt to maintain a constant operating condition.
      I am Wait for your findings!
