Will other youths elsewhere start their own bunges to be funded? What is being funded? Travelling and other expenses such us a car or means of transport for the speaker, other members of parliament and other officials? If this happens around the whole country and Raila has quite a following, does it amount to running community governments? Will they collect taxes, will wananchi be willing to pay taxes to these community countries? What is in the offing here?
