95' SkiDoo Formula Z 583 Rotax First ride in 12 years

I cleaned the carbs a few weeks ago. Replaced one of the carbs and the Formula Z is alive. I have one more in the sled shed with reverse that I need to get going as well. Updates and more old start cold starts to come.

Someone needs to show you how to use a primer 😂 it only needs 2-3 pumps. You demonstrated on how you flood the engine.

Should spray some graphite lubricant spray on the primary clutch shaft

Curious about the bogging from a stop without feathering the throttle... was it running really rich or was there a clutch/sticking brake issue?

First ride in 12 years, so I'd suspect gummy varnish, but it resolved quickly.

I'd imagine running open carbs with no air box or pod filters along with a good carb cleaning and tuning would help alot
