I am a 27-year-old Full Stack web developer with a master's in computer science from Balochistan. InshaAllah, I will be moving to an Arab country within the next four to five months. The primary reason for this decision is the lack of safety and financial security in my current country. Although the cost of living in those countries is higher, I believe they will provide a safer environment and better opportunities for professional growth. While I love my country, I cannot continue to risk my life and assets when the government does not prioritize our safety. Additionally, our faith teaches us that if we do not feel safe in our current location, it is better to migrate to a place where we can live securely.

If you have a remote job, you only need to pay 0.25% tax in IT sector. When you earn in Dollars and spends in PKR, it's way cheaper than other countries about commodities and taxes. Yet there are security and life quality issues which can be a valid reason to leave.

One of the main issues we are facing that is " favoritism", it's too much in Karachi software houses, they don't give the chance to enhance skills to fresher. seniors don't care, about the future of new generations. whenever, they give to the chance favorite their person to increase skills. even if he is not eligible for this Job. if thus running with consistently Pakistan IT industries will face bad circumstances. that's why we going to other Countries to make smart salaries. moreover, we also frustrate due to our govt policy of tax they have doing determine over-taxes on salary person.😢
Sir, a similar scene happened to me yesterday, yesterday I was holding my electricity bill in my hand and itching in the banks and none of the banks were willing to accept the bill even though the bill was not overdue and after all that itching. It came to my mind that in which country I am living, what is our value here😢😢

I am a Tech Lead from Hunza and currently living in Gilgit. In Hunza, we have the following problems:
We have an electricity problem.
We have a water problem.
We have an internet problem.
In Gilgit, we face the same issues, but the electricity is only properly distributed among the elite, referred to as the "Special Line."
If you move to Pindi or Islamabad, you encounter massive bills. I was paying more for electricity bills than my current home rent. In all these places, we don't have any viable options for proper living.
I've had enough, and I am considering moving out of this country if I find a good opportunity.

Sir i am in 5th semester and i have learned javascript from freecode camp and youtube and i also have learned react js , seo from digiskill , wordpress from digiskills, data analytics from digiskills and python +jango but when i applied for internship in software houses they answer me we have no such opportunity for you but i want that i could get 2 year experience before completing degree and i am serious person i just need opportunity but now i will start my career from fiver or facebook by doing freelancing as my one fellow did and succeeded and after completing degree inshallah i will leave Pakistan

There isn't quality of life at all. IT industry is also messed up. Same Mazdoor Zehniyat is there. I go out as skilled individual for internship, Had to wait, no responses from companies.
They say we will tell you in 2 days, Those 2 days didn't come. I as a freshie, believed in companies, didnt know they dont give response. What are we going to learn then?? They demand experience, meanwhile dont hire even internees
