@@KezoGrail 55 kg 153 cm is a BMI of 23.5. Normal weight is 18.5-24.9. It's the higher end of normal weight, especially as she's Japanese. On top of that, 49 kg 153 cm is 20.9 and the middle of normal weight is 21.7 so it's not like she was underweight. Her weight is normal.
@@KezoGrail Ah, in the video she said she had gained weight and was 55 kg so that's the weight I used. Whether 49 or 55 kg it's still not like she needs to eat more than she already does. If she's already in a good spot with a trend going towards higher weight you shouldn't really promote them eating more.
Ass might no longer big after weight loss from being sick with covid but she was already working on losing her chub before that (reportedly 5kg at one time), so probably not the worst side effect to come from it. Well timed video while we wait for her recovery and return!
