In my mid-twenties, when I was suffering from severe panic attacks, I wanted to escape the world and become a bell ringer in a monastery. I wanted to go to a Benedictine monastery, and look up at the bell tower, and hang on a rope like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I wanted to be a bell ringer, and fly away from the pitying gazes. Only with this emotional desire, the monastery did not open its doors, and now I am waiting outside the monastery for that moment of desire. In this hermitage, at 7 a.m., an old nun, hanging on a long rope, rings the bell. Sometimes, when I lean inside the door, it seems as if she has not yet handed me over to the bell ringer. Today is Schubert, tomorrow is Gounod's Ave Maria at Sunset. ...
Thanks for your question.... it's a good one! Everything is energy. Everything holds a frequency, a vibration... And so, very often I will "cleanse" or recalibrate a space like my car or office or home... open the windows, let the fresh air in, and play frequencies that are Peaceful and Calming. Have you ever walked into a room and felt like, "hey, this place feels uncomfortable" - perhaps there had been an argument prior to your entrance and the energies continue to hover. It's not bad (or good) that certain vibrations cling to the space... it just is the way it works. But to know that we can occasionally give our spaces a good sweep, a fresh cleaning... makes sense. Do you understand what I'm saying? How does this land for you? Lisa
@@EnergieGal Yes, I think I understand Lisa. You are emitting frequencies with the instruments you are using and they cleanse a space of low vibration energies. Would it be just as effective to ask our team of spirit guides and angels to cleanse our living space and raise it's vibration? Or is that different? What about visualizing white light filling the space you want cleanse and raise the frequency of? Is that a slower process than using singing bowls and other instruments? What are the pros and cons of those 3 different approaches to cleansing and raising the frequency of a place or of our body and energy field?

What do you mean by reset the atmosphere? Do you mean raise the vibration of the place? Or cleanse it? Or something else entirely?
