Tips to help your baby sleep better when guests are at your place.
1. Buy a white noise machine
(It blocks all the outside noise and baby will sleep better and not wake up too many times).
2. Make your baby’s nursery conducive for sleeping with a good pair of blackout curtains. Blackout curtains keep out the light and help your little one fall asleep and stay asleep for naps and bedtime.
3. Buy a camera/ monitor
Keep the camera in her room and you can see her on the camera when she wakes up or cries.
Have a sleep routine for her every night. Try to put her in bed at the same time and keep all the lights off (not dimmed) their melatonin starts kicking in when the lights are off.
I have a baby thats same age as your baby girl. Trust me my life is so much better with these things and im not sleep
