By far the hardest and longest belly laugh I have ever had in my life! The look on Mark's face after putting it in his mouth was something that I did not think I needed after the last few months since my dad had recently passed away. Thank you so much!

You are not supposed to eat it straight up. You are supposed to chop it up and cook it with rice porridge. The taste is too intense even for us Asians. Also, Century Eggs are not 100 years old. It is actually pickled in alkaline salt and buried in ash, clay and sand and fermented for several weeks.

u cant eat the egg straight up like this
u need to chop it up into little pieces and have it with savory porridge/congee. chicken or pork. thats when its really good. its like a earthy fermented mushroom type of taste. its too strong on its own. especially if u dont cook it with something. eating it straight up in a huge bite like that is too intense for most asian ppl.
