Gratz on the meyer lemon plants . its such a nice gift when fruit and citrus trees offer up their harvests. ya those meyer lemons will "yellow" up eventually.

I rented a house (N Fl) with two small lemons “Charlie Brown” trees. I will def say fruiting to harvest does take FOREVER. I honestly assumed it was a lime tree at first until I saw them turning yellow (1 month growth and 1 month ripening). Might be a slight exaggeration- but it did take a while to ripen.
