Also correction for the shiny haxorus bit, you have to catch every pokemon in the reginal dex and recive the national dex from the professor. To achive this you either need a 3ds with Dream Radar to get, landorus, thundraos and tordndus, or a copy of black and white and trade them over, in addation to the legendary opposite of the beox lengendary of your game.

I genuinely did not know, I apologize.
I'm used to pokemon being obtainable in one game and just not being obtainable in the other. You're right, the answer should be yes. I just didn't know until after fully finishing and editing the video.
