well a time traveler is human so Ame can still get poison, just that she have the power to reverse it, so it works but not effective......on the other hand APPRENTICE Grim Reaper is different but if I Dark Souls series taught me, is that poison works, but either takes a lot of hits to get them poisoned or the duration is too short for it to be effective....or she could be completely immune....gotta give props to the YOLO alchemist you know

For the method of time travel that Ame demonstrates to work, her entire body is sent through time as-is. This is the only way we can have multiple (and different) Ame bodies in the same time-space. If instead her time travel was simply sending thoughts/information forward/backward, there would only ever be one Ame body for us to experience. If we assume debut Ame is our present timeline's "true" Ame, then all of her alters (Buffson, Beeson, etc) are results of those Ames being born in a vastly different timeline that shaped their physiology in a unique way, then travelling _that_ body back in time to a nexus point shared by both their timeline and ours, then travelling forward from that nexus along our timeline to our present. If it were just mental information sharing, we would never see Buffson or Beeson, just normal Ame with Buffson or Beeson's knowledge. So poisoned Ame1 could tell past-Ame to not drink the poison, but 1 of 2 scenarios would play out: 1) This creates a paradox where Ame1 is never poisoned, and therefore never goes back in time to warn herself of the poison, and therefore Ame1 gets poisoned (classic Grandfather Paradox) -or- 2) This creates an alternate timeline where Ame2 is never not poisoned, but Ame1 still is [more likely scenario, as it doesn't break space-time] TL;DR Once Ame1 is poisoned, no amount of time travel will prevent her from being poisoned.
