4:12 the apples are skinned to remove biter / harsh taste, 4:24 apples are shredded with the skin on.
They never remove the skin... will be to much waste of juice...

I also noticed that I hope they didn’t have the right footage and they just did a video of the apples being ground whole to fill the gap.
I noticed this too. Also, they aren't using the best quality of apples as he's stated several times. It just doesn't make sense to use grade A apples for juicing when you can send those to the stores and restaurants.
@@badeadrian I know not all companies remove the skin also known as peel for making apple juice and this will depend on the taste they are after or marketing they want to use I.E 100% natural apple juice, however some companies do remove the skin and it is sold separately to be used in other industries such as health foods or flavourings. but your comment is still valid most of the time.

I know that people believe what they see in videos. A human being can transform to a ghost or snake in videos but that never happens in reality. The word is enough for the wise. For all the juices you see in the stores, there is only a tiny percent (like 10) of the real fruit inside each bottle of the juice and the rest are water, flavors, sugar, etc.

I think in bio gas - methan tanks, so its composting, after use it like a fertilizer. So its not necessary to heat it.

one time a full pallet of packed juice was broken, some 100 liters of juice on the floor, which was added again to the process, you know profit.

At this scale it's not worth picking 100 liters off the floor and putting back into the system, it's way cheaper to just mop it down the drain.

Whether other people would is a question of what they really like about apple juice, be it the taste or the story of their juice having come from a tree, which is honestly more comforting than learning that my juice came from mixing the specific quantities of proteins and saccharides and whatnot that make up tradtional apple juice @@baggyy96
