Action Tessa is just economical, quality wise isn’t good, royal touche is good , labour is 9-10 per sqft including sheet etc so labour charges aren’t much, better use best flooring material

Yes koi problem nahi h tiles ka upar h wooden lagata h. But you should better go for wooden ceramic tiles. Wooden planks need good maintenance and time to time polishing. Jitna yeh log bolta h
