- Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed the assembly. This was the first time he was speaking in the assembly as an MLA. After coming out of jail, he resigned from the post of CM on 17 September. In his speech, he alleged that there was an attempt to derail his government. Attacking the BJP, he said, "If two people from your party are put in jail, the party might split, but our party did not split even after putting our party leaders in jail."
