I think that you have to do this manually. After creating a coordinate system you can change the values. They are written in a textbox. Try clicking on them with the mouse and then change them. this is the only solution i have.

Open Windows File Explorer and go to the folder where you saved the file. 2. Right-click the file and choose Properties from the context menu. 3. At the bottom of the General tab, select the Unblock checkbox and select OK.

How do we make very large graphs like x and y values of 4000, 6000 etc? This only goes to 10.
at 1:42 you can see "scale per ... cm". there you can set that 1 cm stands for the value 1000.
