@@kaia6590 They start on the button and run nicely even after 20 years but obviously require some tender loving care. Mine has had some rust repairs done (front wings and sills, very easy to prevent them from rusting by cleaning gunk out from behind the wheel arch liner but only very few people do that, including the guy I bought it from), an A/C compressor and a catalytic converter replaced during this time. Spare parts are really cheap and most repair shops have ample experience with mk4s so it is a decent choice for people on a budget.

I have 2.0 with LPG installed, drives very well and I only see mechanic when I want to change my oil or LPG filter, very nice and most important RELIABLE car
my favorite generation of Volkswagen golf the mk3 and mk4 are my two favorites from the looks and reliability still good looking even nowadays twenty some years later.
My parents had this car when I was little. When I turned 10 they exchanged the mk4 for the mk7. Recently i got my driving license and i had the chance to drive the mk7, but i would have liked to drive the mk4😢
This was the first car I bought years ago, never a problem, it's like a swiss clock... But I sold it 3 years ago... Now I have a Mazda RX8, I miss my old car... But I'm selling the Mazda, it is already bought, my next car probably will be a Mazda MX5 ND2 or a Toyota GR86, we'll see.
Ewidentnie jakiś problem z elektryką miał ten egzemplarz. Zegarek nieustatnnie się ustawiał, przeskakując cały zakres minut; a wycieraczki żyły własnym zyciem i włączały się same bez ruszania manetką.
@@RackMoto he revs the hell out of it.. Like when he goes at the highway, then shifting down to 3rd gear and floors it.. lol. Why not gear up when he reach 80 km/h to 5th gear and let it pull itself up to the speed of the highway at 130 km/h? He wasted like 5 liter petrol on that little happening. The same goes when he drives in town, almost all the time he drives with way too many revs on the engine.. :D

Cały czas jeżdżę golfem i jest to fajny samochód i co najważniejsze: nie psuje się często.
Poza tym, że trzeszczy w nim każdy możliwy plastik.
