I just loved every minute of this, so many truths were said without disrespecting anyone but instead making fair points and asking the right questions. It would be great if USMNT and USWNT could have like a round table and discuss how you can go forward and how the USWNT can feed the men's team with the experience, empathy and leadership they have and uplift the USMNT so they can be the trailblazers of a new era of football in which all men in football can truly feel safe and accepted for who they truly are. The USMNT has a gold mine in you, they should reach out and have a conversation.

Thank you for putting words to this. This is exactly how I’ve been feeling but couldn’t quite put words to it. Thank you for always leading the way with standing up for what is right. Thank you for speaking up and speaking out even in the face of danger. I’m really sad that these athletes are so afraid (or so it seems) to actually stand up and take a risk (even for a yellow card?) in order to protect their fellow humans.
