Oh, Cathy, I am chuckling right now!!😄 You definitely know me so well!! I could not resist it! I think it is the best thing in the catalog! It very well may be the only thing I get out of the catalog. I see so many possibilities with it and have so many ideas, I am not sure where to start. First, I have to finish Paper Pumpkin. I will tell you I am having a blast with this kit! I am enjoying rediscovering what I have in my stash and making something entirely new each day, sometimes more than one!😁😆😄

Thank you, Kathy! I think a lot of us are struggling right now. I do not think it was the right time to raise their price in their sale-a-bration catalog. Many will not be able to stay as current demonstrates. Perhaps I should write a personal letter. I did voice these concerns in a survey they sent me recently. I love their products and color coordination that will never change. They need to really consider that not all their demonstraters and customers have multiple incomes. We all love paper crafting. I wonder if they feel they are brand name like in fashion, which sets them apart. I hope not. I met Shelly Gardner once she seemed so down to earth. I hope her daughter has the same integrity that I sensed in her. I had met her in Seattle before I even signed up, as demonstrater. I attended an event with my now upline it was so fun and easy going. It is another reason why I choose to buy from Stampin'Up for my main supplier. However, being on a retired and fixed income is very hard right now, and I see I am not the only one. We all love their products, but when it comes down to bills, food, gas, family, and health care hobbies, it does not come first on the list. 😊

Frankly when we came to Florida I no longer had a SU demonstrator and had already been introduced to Gina K products and frankly to me her paper and inks especially are superior to SU and she has the best customer service in the world. That was 10 years ago so I have quite a bit of her stamps etc. and the pricing is about equal except that Gina has free shipping on all orders over 50,00 and SU does not.

Ty for being honest with SU and us about price increase for saleabration. I am a hobby demo and a retired crafter and find even a$10 increase impossible. I also have been disappointed in the last 3 catalogs as in the change in format and product pricing has been not to my liking also. Seems SU is following the trend of shrinking product size while increasing prices. All we can do is voice our concerns to companies and stop buying overpriced when possible. I have stopped watching a lot of rah rah million $ demonstrators for that reason, so ty again for your honest opinion, and we need to let SU know. ❤
