Why does one think Jesus Christ failed as messiah? He was even more precious than the dear man in this video. He taught with authority, did miracles out of love and compassion, was totally selfless and even to death was faithful to God. Daniel 9:25-26 also speaks of the Meshiach coming and being cut-off (and being no more). This ties in very accurately with Isaiah 53:8. here is Daniel 9:25-26, "And you shall know and understand that from the emergence of the word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until the anointed king [shall be] seven weeks, and [for] sixty-two weeks it will return and be built street and moat, but in troubled times. And after the sixty-two weeks, the anointed one will be cut off, and he will be no more, and the people of the coming monarch will destroy the city and the Sanctuary, and his end will come about by inundation, and until the end of the war, it will be cut off into desolation." That tells you EXACTLY when the Meshiach is going to come: He will be around 483 years AFTER Artaxerxes made a decree giving Nehemiah permission, safe passage and supplies to return to Jerusalem to rebuild the city and the walls in 445 B.C. To the day, 483 years ends with Yeshua riding on a donkey in Jerusalem to the praises of the people (31AD). It is far too late for the Meshiach to come for the first time. D, what you are waiting for is His 2nd coming because the prophesy SPECIFICALLY told us WHEN Meshiach would come. That makes Yanuka, NOT the Meshiach.

So, Torah believing Jews, let me ask you this: is it okay to disobey Hashem if you do it for the good of others? Do you support Necromancy that comes from a desire to see a loved one you need in a hard time? Saul had pride. He set up a monument to himself on mount Carmel after disobeying God. The scripture clearly states it is fear and hypocrisy, not love and longing, that motivates Saul’s seance. The result of pity on Saul is denying God’s judgement, because Hashem regretted making Saul king, and Hashem delivered Saul’s army into the hands of the enemy as a just judgement for his disobedience and abomination.

Yanuka is wrong. The Bible clearly calls Shaul a bad king who disobeyed HaShem; he was killed as a punishment for his sins. Yanuka is changing what the Bible says. Only a false teacher does that...no matter how charming and harmless he looks like.

NO, The Book of Shmuel calls him a bad king, but in most instances he was a wonderful human being. He failed as king and demonstrated many human frailties, but King Saul was for the most part a righteous, but imperfect man.

One can distinguish the difference between Saul and a later but very wicked king named Menashe. Menashe had a very long reign of over 50 years. He was steeped in idolatry, but G-d let him serve over 50 yrs to establish his spiritual grave, cut off from G-d.
Saul only served 2 or 3 years and was punished in this world by a harsh standard precisely because as a primarily righteous human being, he had to have the book thrown at him in this world. We see that he had passed and enforced strict laws against seances and familiar spirits. So that on the last night of his life when he sought a witch to perform a seance, she raised up the ghost if Shmuel, and was immediately sentenced to death the next day on Mt Gilboa. Shmuel told him, "Tomorrow you will be with me." This tells us that upon dying, King Saul the man was going to be with the L-rd in Heaven, unless you believe the Prophet Shmuel was in h-ll. So Shaul suffered miserably for his sins in this world to receive his exalted place in the World to Come while Menashe rarely suffered in this world for over 50 yrs of uninterrupted idolatry to receive his punishment as an evil man in the next world.

HaShem clearly REGRETS making Shaul king; in 1Sam.15:11 He says, “I greatly regret that I have set up Saul as king, for he has turned back from following Me, and has not performed My commandments...” In 1Sam.16:14 HaShem removes His spirit from Shaul. Shaul always disobeyed HaShem even after sparing Agag and the livestock; he also went after David's life, killed HaShem's priests, and consulted a witch. How does that make Shaul a righteous man?! Ever since HaShem's Spirit left him, HaShem never spoke to Shaul again. If HaShem saw it right to remove His Spirit from Shaul and stopped talking to him, why would you and Yanukah go against HaShem's word? Should we makie light of Shaul's sins to please the crowds?

I don't know if they will provide subtitles or not but here are the topics the Rabbi spoke about:
- the sad story of the great King Saul (see book of Samuel)
- the characteristics of King David's Kingship
- a short inspiring story at the end : a wagon driver saw a poor man with heavy sack over his shoulder on the way and offered him a lift. The poor man was bashful but did accept the wagon driver's offer. When the wagon driver started driving, he realized that the poor man wasn't sitting down comfortably in the wagon, but was standing with the heavy sack still over his shoulder. He asked the poor man why he didn't sit down and put the sack down on the wagon floor. The poor man said that he was already so grateful to receive a lift, he didn't want to burden the wagon driver any further so he kept on carrying the sack over his shoulder. The wagon driver told him that the weight of the sack was not a significant weight addition for the whole wagon. The poor person put it down and sat down.
The morale of the story is that everyone is going through hardships (on some level) but we don't need to carry this burden on ourselves the whole time. Carrying our problems everywhere we go in our hearts will not solve them. We should let Hashem carry them for us by trusting in Him and taking the emotional pressure off ourselves.

In 1 Samuel 31 states clearly as Yahweh has noted for all to read. According to the text, he was anointed as king of the Israelites by Samuel, and reigned from Gibeah. Saul is said to have died by suicide when he "fell on his sword" during a battle with the Philistines at Mount Gilboa, in which three of his sons were also killed.
