It's could be about mitigating risk of spending money for a big venue and not selling out. It's their first world tour, they don't know what to expect. Another factor is scheduling, venues could be booked and they may be just getting what they can get for the right budget.
MMT’s failed at understanding how big loona truly is. They copy pasted dreamcatcher’s tour because they assumed DC and Loona will operate the same when it’s simply not true. If loona had a different management team they might be able to book larger venues and have lesser locations
because of the tight schedule of the tour it seems like the girls started taking turns skipping/resting from tour dates. i'd be exhausted if i was in their situation. they probably dont even get to sleep in beds half the time but on planes and in cars.
