  • The continuation of the last show I uploaded. This one's from 3/1/00, and begins with Jim Syta going for $16,000 no lifelines. This'll end on a cliffhanger so click the link below (or the one at the end of the video) to see what happens

I knew the Beatles one from hearing "Sir Paul McCartney".

Has anyone noticed how much Rich Steidle looks like "That 70's Show"-era Kurtwood Smith?

Thank you for uploading Richard’s run on the hot seat. Speaking of Richard, good gamble on that tricky $125,000 question cause I would for sure gamble and risk losing 32 grand just for the heck of it. 👍

I knew that Beatles question, too. I knew the answer while looking on Wikipedia on the life and career of Paul McCartney as he became Sir Paul McCartney on Tuesday, March 11, 1997. It's a shame that the contestant from the previous episode (Tuesday, February 29, 2000) didn't get that question right. Maybe he didn't know much on any musicians from the Liverpool, England band The Beatles. Also found out one of the eight Fastest Finger contestants vacationed in the United Kingdom back in 1981. Amazing!

QWERTY are the first left-to-right six letters on the top row, not the home keys as taught in typing. The home keys are ASD&F for leftt hand, JKL & ; (semicolon) for right hand.

13:38 the "phone a friend" says "Hi Regis, nice tie!". So, she can see and hear everything, but she doesn't know the question? After watching several of these, some of these contestants are sort of suspicious. Kind of like some of them are scripted.

I don’t think so. Regis often wears ties, so she may have been commenting on that fact, and just telling him that he was wearing a nice tie. There’s also the possibility she may have been watching the show at the time.

Some contestants may be very intelligent but lack common sense. You don’t guess blindly unless you’ve reached 32k.making it to 64k and guessing blindly - they deserve loosing the big money.
