      So if the drove in with roaches then you know they have roaches on themselves and their clothes which then carry into the house. Unless the owner treats all of their belongings and their entire home then the car will be re-infested in less than 3 months..........🤯🤯🤯🤯

      Did you notice how he said he went out at night and they were crawling around? Roaches tend to hide from light, so it’s not like they were just crawling all over all the time and the person was just driving around with roaches all over them.

    I like that they extract until the water is clear and the seat is actually clean. Unlike other youtubers who only do 1/2 passes or until a stain is gone but there’s still dirty water coming thru they just stop because it looks clean.. M.a.d does a thorough job tho

    • @104inspiration
      @104inspiration 4 ปีที่แล้ว +19

      I think some youtubers just put 1/2 passes on their videos but cleans the seats thoroughly in real life. Detail Geek have mentioned it in his videos before. But yeah, it’s more satisfying to see clear water during extraction.

Videos dont show your poor knuckles, knees, hands, and feet from being wet all day scrubbing. Excellent craftsmanship and functioning equipment is rare in the business too, most owners cut corners this is a shop worth every dollar of what I hope was at least a $1200 job so everyone made something.

    Instead of using bug bombs that leave a residue everywhere try using "Raid Fumigator". Because it puts out a "smoke" so it doesn't leave any residue to clean up. Just like bug bombs, they are for a house so the instructions say that it takes 4 hours (2 hours closed up and 2 hours to ventilate) to use. Because you are using it in a car it won't take that long. You can get them in a lot of places. There is a short time delay when first activated so you don't get exposed to the smoke. They come in 3 packs but you will only need one for a vehicle. I use them in my RV and they work great.

      Buy used from a car rental place like Hertz. Those cars are cleaned between customers and maintained and are in great shape, and because rental agencies want to keep their cars current, the used cars are all 1-3 years old and may still have partial manufacturer warranties left.

    Y'all should do a video with the products you use. And the tools you use to clean! Whatever that all-purpose cleaner is... I need it!

    "Mad" - MAD-Detailing - truely fitting name. This is the most fanatic detailing for super fucked up cars I have ever seen. You are more extreme and better than even the detail geek. Your "details" are at the border of detailing and restoration. I had to subscribe.

    I think, you should remove the carpet floor without vacuuming it. Just shake till some of the dirts gone and then pressure wash it and drill brush It will save you more time and energy. I love your videos!

    How much does a full detail like this normally cost?

    • @TheSarahCakes
      @TheSarahCakes 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Depends on the detail specs of the company and how dirty your car is. Could range from $100 to $500

    • @Brock_Landers
      @Brock_Landers 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheSarahCakes You are exactly right...it depends on how bad off the car is, the level of detail you want to take it to, and the shop's labor rates...or flat rate. It varies from shop to shop. If your car is totally trashed and you want to completely revive it, expect to pay anywhere from $200-$500 for a basic wash, cleaning the wheels, and exterior work along with basic interior detail, but if the exterior and interior are both trashed, well my friend it depends on the shop and what their basic labor rates are.

      For a car as disgusting as that one, I would feel bad even If I paid a $1000, it would feel like I got the cheap end.
      Like the work alone just increased the value of the vehicle from a $100 at the scrap yard to what ever that car would normally sold if it was sparkling clean.

    See, it's cars like this that made me love detailing so much...because you get to see the results of your labor. I drive a tractor trailer now, but when I was a detailer I had alot of fun because you get to actually see the fruits of your labor. I loved it, but once I had a family it was never enough to pay the bills. I have had many jobs, done many things, but unless you're a manager, a hedge fund manager, or a drug dealer, you can't make enough money to really make ends meet, so I became a heavy truck driver, and I love being in control of something that big. Makes me feel powerful...even though most people on the road hate us.

      Honestly, I'd rather drive on a highway full of semis over regular cars any day. I can count on one hand the times a semi has cut me off, while I've run out of fingers and toes with regular cars/ traffic.

    I watch another car detail channel from Canada and I think if the cars would talk a big sigh of relief just to have the dirt off and a huge hallelujah for the dirt. Just doing a wash is better then when it first arrived. Sorry to hear about the roaches 🤢.
