30 Minute Sports Poster Challenge: Real Time Design Episode 4

Fourth episode of the Real Time Design series! Sort of a live format, this series features unedited footage of me designing in Photoshop for 30 minutes without any sort of concrete plan in mind for the final result. I’m hoping the series will give you some insight into what my design process actually looks like most of the time, including when I’m coming up with design ideas for new tutorials.
You’ll see plenty of mistakes, failed experiments, and weird choices that don’t at all pan out, and that’s ok! It’s something we all go through, so why not go through it together.
I don’t necessarily recommend setting a time limit for your graphics, but I do think we do some of our best work when under pressure, and I’ve found it to be a fun constraint to try out to spark some creativity. Though had there been no constraints here, I definitely would've taken more time with this design to better fine tune the player retouching on the cutouts, but happy with how they turned out given the 30 minute time limit!
