Drive safe man!!! Lot of people underestimate the power of that weight and how much itll push you and not care one bit. 👍🏻 you got this no doubt, just watch for the interstate basket cases.
👍👍 had many similar experiences with chain towing on the side roads to the junk yard as well!!! Even one time with no brakes, except the emergency brake🙁
A friend of mine needed to move a dead car years ago. Instead of towing it he pushed it with his other car. I had to steer the dead car while flying down a dirt road. That was freaky because the back end was getting unloaded by the push car and my buddy was crazy behind the wheel. Only had to go a couple miles thankfully.
Big front-end loaders at rock quarries have built in scales. Operator knows how much gravel or dirt is in bucket. I've hauled 2000lbs in 1980 chevy...very carefully.
Good to hear it's going well👍🏻 great stories! I can atleast somewhat relate to all of them😳😅

Yes and the engine and drive train has significant wear now. Better trade it off or sell before it costs you.
Where you headed to?
Average fill dirt is over 2000 pounds per yard. Even more when it is wet.
Snow Storm state of emergency western NY. Be sure to post video of road conditions.

Here in England most articulated lorry bulk trailers have built in scales also. Not sure if it's the same in the America.
Safe trip!
