I am 62 year old woman and so far I have put it up all by myself. Had couple issues. Had to drill hole in one pipe. and fix the clip for 7+8 and straighten and one opening on a pipe. Other than that I am almost done. Have frame up and one panel done. I am considering more securing measures.I had 2 men hired $100 to put up. Guess I will buy myself something with the money. But really this is well built not cheap metal. Also noticed one worn spot on the end panel. Will inspect further. So far not all that hard to put together. The video really helped!!!!!!!!!!
I had a friend help me put the framing together and it was easy following the included instructions. I need to finish it this weekend. Mine is huge compared to the one shown so getting the fabric on is going to be REALLY interesting. We have tons of rocks in the ground so getting the anchors in may require renting a jackhammer.
I sharpened the cutting edge on the auger w/grinder and the augers screwed in real easy, This video was really good wish I had this before Installed our green house'.
Just finished ! The video along wth the instuctions made it very easy to put up. Did the 12 by 20. Took 6 hrs from start to finish. Did it by myself. You just have to get organized and take it step by step and in the video. I am not sure why others have issues ? I built a floor from 4 by 4 crates with sheets of plywood to raise it off the ground. Can't wait to set up my work shop in it ! Cheers! sk
I get the fact that the caddie-corner measurements must be within 1 inch of each other.I have a "neighbor" who says if I run a chalk line down one side to make sure the uprights are lined up perfectly, then run chalk lines off of that so the everything is straight, then the caddie-corner measurements will match EXACTLY.Is this true?Nobody has said poop about the uprights being straight. This is one of the larger units where you're not supposed to install the lower rails until you put the top on. 20'L 15'W 10' H.I inventoried the parts and pre=assembled as much as I could, and it still took us almost 4 hours to put up the frame.Help!!
I had absolutely no problem with Shelter Logic instructions. I am physically not able to put it together quite as fast as stated. I don't understand every ones problems with the instructions. I only watched the video to see if I did everything properly. Video shows the exact steps included in the instructions. Anyone considering purchasing one of these should not be intimidated by the instructions. They couldn't be anymore thorough. I love mine.
just put my 12x20 up in about six hours. the only problem was how to secure with the anchors without a 2 inch wiggle. not sure how this will handle strong wind.
I have an older one (4-5 years) and just doesn't cut it. This one is even more complex to assemble and anchor. I can't have holes in my driveway. Can't even weigh it down with cement blocks because of design. Wind bent it to pieces - second time now. Getting rid of it.
It`s the first one I bought... seems like I had a big bad luck... missing parts, the bolts are all together ( they are different sizes, but not so visible that !!! ), very tight the material is sticked... a lot of problem to insert the pipes in !!!... the instructions are damn stupid kind of explanation...and MORE than that ...after a few weeks ... ALL material of front door...is FALL !!!
!!! ... if U dont believe me.. i send you pics... Im wonder ... with what kind of glue they stick that material??? I tried with: crazy glue, ultra Bond...duct tape ...and NO results...What on earth is that material you can not stick it???
man o man they got me again missing parts, bolt nuts,i will never buy another garage in a box and i would not comment this product to anyone screwed me around twice
Do not put this together with your wife. Trust me, you won’t be walking away when it’s done, arm in arm and all lovey, dovey. Nope😂 This video is helpful, the instructions are lame. Step 1 should read: watch the video!
This product is trash. The included instructions are a handful of pictures. Completely impossible to put one of these together and end up with a secure and safe structure. Complete garbage product.

How do you loosen it? The roof is ripping. It's too tight on one side. I could only tighten it.
I'm going to be setting one of these up by my self in a week or so, wish me luck!
How did it go ? A good memory almost a decade later or nah ?

Well then maybe you should tell me how it's done. Since you had no problem putting it together.
Waiting for a reply......

They do make Heavy Duty ones but they are more expensive. Aim for the heavy duty materials/fabrics

I had to put mine inside my garage cause it was an eyesore, and didn't end up looking like the picture on the box!
Then u did something wrong. 😂
Nice
This thing is a pain in the ass to set up!
If the fucking stamps on the poles weren't smeared or just not there, it would be nice .
next time, drop the music and spend some time on the video quality.
hope the product will be better than the explanation
Why are the quality of these videos always potato?
