Navi Mumbai which was developed as an education hub doesn't have any decent colleges or is no information available about them? Shouldn't student aspire for Navi Mumbai colleges? Please can you guide

Spot round - cap rounds jo 3 hote hai vo ho jane ke baad kuch seats remaining reh jate hai
Iske multiple reasons ho sakte hai ki kisi ne college change kar liya ho ya usi college mein branch acchi mil gyi ho to kuch seats ye 3 cap rounds k baad bhi vacant reh jati hai
So ab college ko apni seats fill karni hai so vo spot round organise karte hai
Har college alag din par organise karta hai ye spot round (kisi college ka clash ho bhi sakta hai but vo rare case hai )
So spot round mein hota ye hai ki apko register karna hota hai
Fir vaha physically available rehna hota hai round k din college mein aur apke merit k hisab se apko us college mein seat mil sakti hai
Iski koi guarantee nhi ki seat milegi hi
Agar high percentile ho us clg ka cutoff match ho rha ho to mil sakti hai

Since you are not responding to my question. So kindly give me the answer of my below question. My daughter has got 97.6% in MHCIT. She has alloted AIDS br. In VIT. But she didn't get the br. interested br ENTC in Cummins college Pune. She is from open category. My question is shall she get ENTC in Cummins, VIT or PCCOE in 3rd round? Because she was waiting for 2 round but unfortunately there was no change in the allotment.
