Did he said anything more about israeli navy vassel capabilities? Also was it the air defence capability of the saar-4.5 that he seen as the most problematic?

It was upgraded with 32 Barak and Now to Barak8 and for Gabriel 4 maybe - Beginning in the mid-2020s, the Israeli Navy plans to replace the Sa'ar 4.5 boats with the future Reshef-class ships. These 76-metre (249 ft 4 in) long vessels will be based on Israel Shipyards' Sa'ar 72-class corvette design.

But are Turkey and Israel enemies who can go to war. I remember that the Turkey's M 60 were updated using IMI Sabra upgrade package.
