- More Legendary Box of Battles! I'm just excited for that Xenoverse 2 DLC and Netcode update... I wonder how ugly this gameplay will look when we look back on it after the Netcode is (hopefully) fixed.

Cell has piccolos cells and when piccolo got turned to stone and broke he regenerated because his mind didn’t get destroyed so cell all day
Goten Jr he could only regen cause Dabura was dead
He only regenerated after dabura died
He said he could regenerate tho because he still had his head when krillin knocked him over

About the cell and dabura fight I think cell would win because if dabura spits on him he won't turn imeadiatly to stone so cell could easily take of his head (just like in multiverse) and when he regenerates his body he'll get a huge zenkai boost which puts him in a huge advantage
but then couldn't Dabura just blow up his head before he regenerates or spits on his head?
PhillipOnTakos he doesnt need the severed head, he can quickly regenerate a new one

Well Goku stated they were equal before he noticed Dabura using magic, which would give him the advantage.
That said I don't think Cell's massive repertoire of techniques should be underestimated. Closer fight than a lot of people think.
In DBZ Kakarot, Trunks also stated that Dabura's power was greater than Cell's.
The cell = Dabura statement was made before Dabura showcased his attacks and magic.
There is a chapter of a spin-off series where cell and dabura fought with cell winning in the end

Cell wouldnt be completely "stoned" immediately. So cell could just like rip head off and regen before he's completely stone. On top of that he gets a zenkai boost.

Mr. Pickle Low was able to regenerate after Goten and Trunks broke him while he was stone, so Cell would be able to regen if Dabura spat on him since his regen is better than a Namekian’s. That would mean the one advantage Dabura has would kind of be useless, thus tilting the battle in Cell’s favor.
If Cell and Dabura didn't know anything about each other and fought, I would go for Dabura, but at the exact same time I would say Cell because of his regeneration with proof in the DB multiverse comic.

It’s been stated by the manga that dabura’s power level was the same as Cell full power. And the reason of why Gohan lost against dabura was because of his lack of training

Depends on the anime or manga version. The manga version could only regenerate anything below his head but the anime cell could regenerate even after his head was destroyed

To be fair you guys are forgetting that Dabura was a majin, he was being controlled and he had the symbol and as we know from Vegeta, the majin symbol gives you a power boost, so I think that without the majin Boost, Cell would win.

In DBZ Piccolo was able tp regenerate after his stone form was broken so even if cell gets stoned he would eventually break, regenerate, zenkai boost, then murder dabura

As far as Cell Vs Dabura's spit I figure even cell with block it. Thanks to Piccolo's cells he would probably just pull a Gohan with the glove and rip his arm or leg off then regen it. A hawk-to to the chest or head might be fatal though.
By episode 100, it's going to devolve from "legendary box of battles" to "leblshahsbazbahleut"
Piccolo was turned the stone, then got broken, but still regenerated because "his head was intact". Considering Cell has Piccolo's regen, and he can regenerate from a single nucleus (smaller than a single cell) in the head, my money's on Cell.
That and Super perfect cell is SSJ2 level, while Vegeta said Gohan would stomp Dabura if he was strong as he was as a teen-

Well we only saw Dabura turn weak people into stone , there’s no proof that it would work on fighters with power relative or higher than the user . If I recall correctly , Dabura also didn’t even try to hit Buu with his spit . Plus Cell has OBSCENELY OP regeneration so I think Cell would likely win !

if a stone Cell was broken, the pieces would be stone until Dabura dies, then Cell regenerates, this happened in the show because Trunks broke the stone Piccolo but Piccolo was fine once Dabura died

I would say that (IF) cell is hit in a non-vital area (anywhere other than the head) he could cut it off and regen it all back
Perfect Cell is a good amount stronger than Dabura by the end of the Cell Saga. Dabura's spit could potentially catch Cell off guard, though I'm certain Cell would simply destroy the part of his body currently being petrified to simply regenerate it. Furthermore I feel Cell would be able to elimate Dabura the moment he noticed the petrification started to undo its effects.
Trainer Shade He can also get a zenkai after regenerating.

The way it works in Dragon Ball Z was, the new enemy that appears after the old one is stronger, meaning Dabura would be a bit stronger than full power Cell

It’s a year late but I think if dabura was to spit on cell, Cell would notice it was turning him into stone and pull a piccolo and remove his arm or whatever got spit on and regrow it and be more mindful of the spit
Piccolo got turned to stone and after gotten and trunks broke him he was able to regenerate. Cell has better regeneration so that wouldn’t really work as well.

Cell would see whats going on and take his head off and then regenerate from his head making a new full body kinda like piccolo does with his arms

When you think about it cell is the strongest character ever because if he was revived he would have the memory of ssj3 he would enter that form and since he regens he would keep getting stronger then he would keep reaching new forms until he reached ssj4 ssj5 and it would keep going because the stress on his body was killing him and his regen and zenkai boosts are healing him

Dabura had a comparable power level to Cell prior to his fight with Gohan, yes. However, even Gohan knew he could have utterly destroyed Dabura if he hadn't slacked off. So not quite the 'same' power levels but they're in the same league.
Also... the stone spit doesn't take effect instantly and Cell is capable of regenerating from any of his cells. If he were to be spat at... he'd likely cover his face with a hand or something and then discard that hand when it starts to turn to stone... That said -- we don't know how well that power would even work on a being like cell at all. Dabura's secret weapon could be potentially useless.
When Trunks faced Dabura in his timeline, he said he was more powerful than Perfect Cell.
Cell because it took raged induced ssj2 gohan to kill full power cell while it took adult ssj2 gohan(which is much weaker when he was a teen)to take out Dabura
