I really like the 8th apartment you went to because it is more spacious but the place you wanted is cozy and is just enough for you both. And maybe it is cheaper than apt #8. But I’m so happy for you coz’ you were able to find a perfect house for you to live in.
You can check the condo of mike of making it happen vlog. He has a 2 bedroom condo which he already converted 1 bedroom as his office..it’s also in bgc. He is actually selling it or you can rent it. He is amenable to terms. Same bldg i think in the second to thelast one you went to…in mckinley west
the elevator ping is so unique to the ph, whem im on my holiday in ph, i just feel like im back when i hear the ping when the elevator opens, no matter which hotel that ping i s the same sound, or any hotel in manila, clark or cebu its the same sound!

Hi sir. The on-going rentals for a 2br 75sqm to 90sqm in BGC is around 85K to 120K. Meranti and Red Oak Two Serendra have higher monthly rentals than that of Icon, Trion and Eight Forbestown condo units (btw I'm a real estate broker). Thanks
