Sensei in 14th question why it’s cheap ? Why not takai ? Like its expensive and its tasty ? Why it’s like it’s cheap and tasty? Please reply my exam is on 8th December

Sensei, why is question 15 the answer is not 3? I thought if there were 2 verbs in a sentence, only the last one is in masu form. The others are in te form.
